Collection
Our collection works around you
Please give us a call to arrange the best time for you, we’ll have your machine out ready and assist you with loading
Collection is available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm
Export
Any inquiries around export and always welcome. We are able to export our plant worldwide, wherever you are. Although we do not arrange these ourselves, we are more than able to help with the loading of the machine onto the vehicle being used for the export using our loading ramp we have onsite
Before the machine leaves the yard, we need to be provided with your valid VAT number as well as the Stamped CMR notes and corresponding address. A bill of lading along with any other associated documents will be required where applicable. This is for proof of the machine leaving the UK for export permanently.
Typically we will charge the VAT total on top of the sale price if appropriate (currently 20%) which we will then refund after receiving the necessary documents. We allow up to 30 days from the invoice date for these documents to be handed over.
Payments
Please ensure payment is made at least 48 hours before the arranged delivery date
Bank Transfer
Our preferred method of payment is through a direct bank transfer, you’ll find our details on your invoice
Debit Card
We accept payment by debit card if you prefer, and are able to take payments over the phone
Cash
Although we do take cash, it is best avoided in order for your service to be hastle free
Cheque / Bankers draft
These payment methods are accepted though the bank’s clearance timescales need to be allowed for
VAT MENTION – PLEASE NOTE THE VAT RATE IS APPLICABLE ACROSS OUR SITE AT 20%. ALL PRODUCT PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO VAT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
